Forgiveness Leadership Program

This nine-month program is designed for individuals who wish to learn how to teach forgiveness, assist others in forgiving, lead forgiveness groups or retreats, or provide private forgiveness coaching.

The first step is to participate in a Path of Forgiveness Retreat, either online or in person. This is where you’ll learn the Forgiveness Process and begin your own personal forgiveness work, which is the essential foundation for guiding others. When attending a retreat isn’t feasible, we can discuss other ways for you to begin..
Our next retreat is the Online Forgiveness Retreat, September 14-16, 2025.  

During the nine-month program, you’ll have further opportunities to deepen your own forgiveness journey. Building on that, you’ll receive comprehensive training and hands-on practice in how to coach others. Topics include

  • Forgiveness as a path of growth and development
  • What it means to serve as a forgiveness teacher or coach
  • The forgiveness process from start to end
  • Creating a safe container for healing
  • Pacing and structure of sessions
  • Working with intense feelings
  • Addressing resistance
  • Managing your own energy
  • and much more!

Class sizes are small and final scheduling of dates/times will take into account the scheduling preferences of those who enroll early.  We have had people join from all parts of the US, Europe, Asia, South America and other areas of the world.  All calls will be recorded and the audio recordings will be available to you.

Forgiveness has literally changed my life. The first time I met Eileen, something in me knew this was going to be the next step in my personal life and career. So much has shifted since then. My perspective on life itself has gone from negative to positive. 

Eileen’s coaching program is very rich and very valuable. I have learned a great deal not only about forgiveness and  coaching, but also about connection to my core self and emotions. Prerequisite: The prerequisite for joining this program is a phone call with Eileen Barker Email Eileen to arrange.

Cost: The cost of the program, not including the retreat, is $3,600 if you prepay, or $4,000 paid in 10 monthly payments of $400. The cost of the retreat  is $525.  Payment by Venmo is preferred but other options are available. There will be a service charge for credit card payments or payments that deduct fees.

Registration is now open. To hold your space, send a deposit of $400 by Venmo (@Eileen-Barker-8). The deposit will be applied to the last month of the program.  The first monthly payment, or lump sum if you are prepaying, is due January 1, 2026.
