Forgiveness Coaching Program
This nine-month program is intended for those who wish to learn how to help others forgive, lead forgiveness trainings and/or offer private forgiveness coaching or mentoring.
The first step of the program is to complete a Path of Forgiveness Retreat (online or in person). Here you will learn the Forgiveness Process and do your own personal forgiveness work which creates the foundation for helping others. Two retreats will be offered in the fall, either of which will fulfill this requirement:
-September 6-8, 2024, in person in Northern California
-November 1-3, 2004, online
From there, you will engage in comprehensive training and practice in how to coach others. Topics include:
- Forgiveness as a path of growth and development
- What it means to serve as a forgiveness teacher or coach
- The forgiveness process from start to end
- Creating a safe container for healing
- Pacing and structure of sessions
- Working with intense feelings
- Addressing resistance
- Managing your own energy
- and much more!
We begin September 13 and end in May (with makeup dates reserved). We do not meet in December. This group is tentatively scheduled to meet online Friday mornings, from 9:30 – 12:30 Pacific Time. Class sizes are small and final scheduling of dates/times will take into account the scheduling preferences of those who enroll early! All calls will be recorded and the audio recordings will be available to you.
Forgiveness has literally changed my life. The first time I met Eileen, something in me knew this was going to be the next step in my personal life and career. So much has shifted since then. My perspective on life itself has gone from negative to positive.
Eileen’s coaching program is very rich and very valuable. I have learned a great deal not only about forgiveness and coaching, but also about connection to my core self and emotions. Cost
The cost of the program, not including the retreat, is $3,600 if you prepay, or $4,000 paid in 10 monthly payments of $400. The cost of the retreat is $545 ($495 with early registration). Payment by Venmo is preferred. There will be a service charge for credit card payments or payments that deduct fees.

Registration is now open. To hold your space, send a deposit of $400 by Venmo (@Eileen-Barker-8). The deposit will be applied to the last month of the program. The first monthly payment, or lump sum if you are prepaying, is due September 1, 2024.
